Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to cancel the order once the product has been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (including returns). No restocking fee will be charged for product returns.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
